1. Belfast Tenancy

All vehicle hires in Belfast are subject to a detailed Rental Agreement provided with your booking confirmation or at vehicle collection. This agreement sets out specific terms, conditions, insurance cover, charges, and your responsibilities for the individual hire. If there's any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

2. Belfast Eligibility

To rent a vehicle in Belfast, you must:

3. Booking and Payment — Belfast

  • Bookings may be made via our website, by telephone, or in person at our Belfast branch. A booking deposit may be requested to confirm your reservation. Full payment and the security deposit are normally payable when the vehicle is collected. All prices are quoted in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Vehicle Collection and Return (Belfast)

  • On collection in Belfast you must inspect the vehicle carefully and report any existing damage immediately. A vehicle condition report will be prepared and signed by you and a company representative. Return the vehicle in the same condition as at collection, subject to ordinary wear and tear. 8. Belfast Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Northern Ireland law, Belfast Vehicle Hire Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you for the service that gave rise to the claim.

9. Belfast Law

These Terms are governed by Northern Ireland law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Northern Ireland courts.

10. Changes to Terms (Belfast)
